Agawa Canyon Inc. has designed its products to enhance the customer's performance for a wood-cutting task.  The safe use of our products by the customer is a vital aspect of our design and development process.  Nevertheless, for each situational use of the product, you must determine whether your knowledge and experience, combine with the equipment and weather conditions, present a risk of injury.

Do not use the product in situations that present a risk of serious injury or perhaps death.  Some situations may require the assistance of a second person.  You alone assume responsibility for the safe and appropriate use and any risk associated with product use.  Always exercise your best judgement and seek instruction and training if in doubt.

Except for expressly stated in our warranties, Agawa Canyon Inc. shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or other types of damages arising out of, or resulting from the use of it's product.  This Warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, express of implied, including, but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
